#### Maintaining Your Kitchen

To ensure the longevity of your kitchen installation, we recommend the following maintenance tips:

Ventilate your kitchen well at all times. Use an extractor fan when cooking and open windows or doors to allow airflow.

Wipe down surfaces regularly to remove excess moisture. For tiled areas and glass panels, use a soft cloth or squeegee to prevent water from settling.

Remove standing water from sinks and countertops after use. Excess water can lead to mold and other moisture-related issues.

Clean all areas thoroughly after use, ensuring that any residue from cleaning products, oils, or food is rinsed away to protect grout and silicone joints.

Use mild, chemical-free cleaners. Harsh chemical cleaners can damage your kitchen surfaces and components over time.

Apply a protective spray to grout lines every 3 months to maintain their appearance and integrity.

Keep sink and drain traps filled with water. If your kitchen is not in use, run water down all outlets at least once a week to prevent odors from entering the kitchen.

Avoid placing wet items such as cloths or sponges on countertops or in cabinets for extended periods, as moisture can damage surfaces.

Turn off the water supply to your home when going on holiday or if the property will be vacant for more than two days.

#### Response Times for Warranty Claims

We adhere to the following response times after an issue is reported:

1. Water escape emergency – Immediate response required.

If we are unreachable or it’s after hours, contact an emergency plumber. Retain the invoice for the call-out, and we will reimburse you or the plumber directly. Report the issue using our standard form and include pictures of the water escape and any damage. We will assess the situation as soon as possible and agree on corrective actions and timelines.

2. Critical product failure (e.g., sink, faucet, major appliance) – Within 7 days after the report is acknowledged.

3. Non-critical product failure (e.g., cabinet doors, minor electrical items) – Within 30 days after the report is acknowledged.

#### Warranty Transfer to New Owners

Your warranty is transferable to a new owner if you decide to sell your home. To transfer the warranty, you must notify us in advance so we can arrange an inspection of the kitchen before the sale.

After the inspection, we will provide a written report of our findings. If the installation is in good condition and has been well maintained, we will be happy to transfer the remaining warranty to the new owner.

If there is evidence of any of the exclusions listed above, we may limit the scope of the warranty and will confirm this to you in writing.
